Refund policy

Draft for review before launch. This is a starting point, not legal advice.

If a template doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. After a refund, the templates in that order stop exporting without a watermark.

Chargebacks and refunds issued by the payment provider are reflected automatically.
