Terms of service

Draft for review before launch. This is a starting point, not legal advice.

The service

BeatFrame gives you a browser editor and a library of motion-carousel templates. Videos are rendered on your own device.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email; it's how your purchases are tied to you.

Payments

Purchases are one-time payments processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles tax. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.

Your content

Your text and photos stay on your device and remain yours. Only use photos and logos you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the templates for content that is illegal, deceptive or that impersonates real people or brands.

Changes and availability

We may improve or change templates. Templates you have bought stay available to you. The service is provided as is.
